Scope of Responsibilities: Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
