Position: Inventory Analyst We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Inventory Analyst to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
