Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
