Position: Replenishment Manager We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Replenishment Manager to strengthen our high-performing team. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Professional Requirements: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
