Position: Embedded Software Engineer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Embedded Software Engineer to strengthen our high-performing team. Role Responsibilities: Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Education and Experience Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
