Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
