Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
