Position: .Net Developer We invite a proactive and capable .Net Developer to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
