Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
