Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Key Skills and Qualifications: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions.
