Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility.
