Scope of Responsibilities: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
