Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
