Main Accountabilities: Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
