Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
