Role Responsibilities: Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
