Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
