Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
