Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
