Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Professional Requirements: Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
