Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
