Position: Software Engineer (Systems) We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Software Engineer (Systems) to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
