Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Professional Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
