Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Key Skills and Qualifications: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity.
