Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Minimum Qualifications: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
