Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Education and Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
