Position: Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Principal Responsibilities: Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Contribute competitive intelligence and market insights to the broader sales team. Candidate Requirements: Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility.
