Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are expanding our team and seek a driven Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Core Responsibilities: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
