Scope of Responsibilities: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
