Position: Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation We are expanding our team and seek a driven Senior Business Development Manager -Aviation who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Core Responsibilities: Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM tools and deliver regular performance updates. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Represent the organisation at trade events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Minimum Qualifications: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
