Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, stakeholder maps, and revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
