Position: Outside Sales Representative Join our forward-thinking team as a Outside Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This position is embedded within a high-functioning team that prizes collaboration, innovation, and quality. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Act as primary relationship owner for key accounts ensuring retention and growth. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Coordinate with delivery, operations, and product teams to resolve client escalations. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, events, and lead generation programmes. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
