Position: Area Sales Manager We invite a proactive and capable Area Sales Manager to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities Include: Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms, pricing, and deal closure. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to sharpen sales strategy. Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify customer needs and recommend customised solutions to maximise value. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
