Position: LaSalle Solutions Sales Rep. Our firm seeks a competent and professional LaSalle Solutions Sales Rep. for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Role Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota with consistent performance delivery. Conduct regular business reviews and present value realisation reports to clients. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned market segments. Support the development of sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace accounts. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs aligned to business objectives. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with rigorous funnel hygiene and CRM discipline. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to add new logos in the territory. Education and Experience Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
