Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations for B2B and B2C clients. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Qualifications and Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
