Position: Clinical Compliance Specialist - LPN We invite a proactive and capable Clinical Compliance Specialist - LPN to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities Include: Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on compliance obligations. Manage litigation, disputes, and legal escalations in coordination with external counsel. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and training programmes. Advise on intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity legal requirements. Support M&A due diligence, corporate restructuring, and regulatory approval processes. Prepare and present legal risk reports and compliance dashboards to senior leadership. Manage legal budgets and cost-effectively coordinate external legal counsel relationships. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Law degree (LLB/LLM) and sound understanding of corporate law, contracts, and Indian regulations.
