Main Accountabilities: Develop IT governance frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and NIST guidelines. Report IT risk, compliance posture, and infrastructure health to senior leadership. Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and self-service IT deployment. Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Drive adoption of ITIL service management practices to improve IT quality and efficiency. Partner with application teams on infrastructure scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation. Manage the IT budget, capex planning, and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, BCP documentation, and RTO/RPO targets. Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact.
