Position: HR (Benefits & Payroll) Intern Our organisation is looking for an ambitious HR (Benefits & Payroll) Intern committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Role Responsibilities: Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
