Position: HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN to deliver excellence across key functions. Core Responsibilities: Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
