Position: HR Business Partner-Employee Relations We are currently recruiting a results-oriented HR Business Partner-Employee Relations to strengthen our high-performing team. Role Responsibilities: Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Education and Experience Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
