Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Candidate Requirements: Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
