Position: HR Manager We invite a proactive and capable HR Manager to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities Include: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Skills and Qualifications: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
