Position: Talent Manager - LA Based We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Talent Manager - LA Based to strengthen our high-performing team. Main Accountabilities: Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Essential Skills and Experience: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
