Position: HRIS Talent Management Specialist Join our forward-thinking team as a HRIS Talent Management Specialist and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This position is embedded within a high-functioning team that prizes collaboration, innovation, and quality. Role Responsibilities: Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Education and Experience Requirements: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
