Position: Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager to strengthen our high-performing team. Principal Responsibilities: Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Candidate Requirements: 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
