Position: Associate Director, Human Resources We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Associate Director, Human Resources to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
