Position: HR & Talent Partner Our firm seeks a competent and professional HR & Talent Partner for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
