Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
