Position: Human Resources Business Partner We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Human Resources Business Partner to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Duties and Accountabilities: Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Key Skills and Qualifications: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
