Position: COMPENSATION ANL 3 (Classification/Compensation Analyst) We are on the lookout for a well-rounded COMPENSATION ANL 3 (Classification/Compensation Analyst) to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Qualifications and Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
